Steps
Log in to the Phoenix Hosting client area.
Select Services or My Services.
Select the hosting service you want to review.
Review the service status, domain, billing cycle, next due date, and available management options.
Expected result
You can confirm whether the service is active and view the key information associated with it.
Common service statuses
Active: The service is available for normal use.
Pending: The order is still being provisioned or reviewed.
Suspended: Access is temporarily restricted, often because an invoice is overdue or an issue needs attention.
Terminated: The service has been cancelled or removed.
