Steps
Log in to the Phoenix Hosting client area.
Select Billing and then My Invoices.
Select the invoice you want to pay.
Check the invoice amount, due date, and listed services.
Choose an available payment method.
Complete the payment using the instructions on screen.
Keep the payment confirmation for your records.
Expected result
The invoice status updates to Paid after the payment has been successfully processed.
Important
Pay invoices before the due date to avoid interruption to your services.
Payment processing times vary by payment method.
Contact support promptly if an invoice includes a service you do not recognise.
